I completed my Holistic Therapies qualification in 2002 at Herefordshire College of Technology (now Herefordshire and Ludlow College), following the completion of my BSc (hons) in Herbal Medicine (Phytotherapy). Alongside the study of plants as medicine, my degree gave me a wealth of knowledge about the human body and how it works (and doesn't!) but I wanted to develop my career towards more hands on treatment.
I then qualified as a Pharmacy Technician in 2005 and worked for the NHS until 2016, including 7 years as a lead technician, which has further broadened my knowledge of medicines, attention to detail and communication skills, not to mention my spelling of drug names!
I returned my focus to my practise of holistic therapies in 2016 following the birth of my daughter, in order to spend more time with her.
I have been a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor since 2016 and I use the products in all my treatments. See below for more about Weleda.
I am always keen to both maintain and develop my skills to fulfil my professional development and to provide the best possible treatment to every client. In the last 3 years I have undertaken training in maternity reflexology, deep tissue massage and natural facelift rejuvenation treatments, along with theory courses on reflexology, aromatherapy and soft tissue dysfunction.
Recently I have started beauty therapy training, with a view to providing a wider selection of services to my clients and where possible offering natural & holistic options, such as high quality natural products from Weleda, Neals Yard and Zoya to name a few.
I work from my treatment room in Hereford, at Bella's Beauty Lounge (Ledbury Road Hereford) and occasionally at other clinics. I also offer home visits for clients who are not able to travel, I cover all of Herefordshire including Leominster, Golden Valley, Ross on Wye and Ledbury.
The best part of my work is hearing how I have helped improve a fellow human's wellbeing; I have proudly shared some testimonials on this site.

Weleda’s goal is to maintain, enhance and restore people's health. It was established in 1921 as a pharmaceutical laboratory with its own medicinal plant garden. Today Weleda is a top manufacturer of holistic natural cosmetics and pharmaceuticals for anthroposophical therapy.
Weleda has always followed objectives which came from its founding principles. Its products are intended to support people in their personal development, and to maintain, promote and restore their wellbeing. Weleda supports individuals in their efforts to achieve physical wellbeing and a balanced lifestyle. This philosophy determines Weleda's economic approach and will remain the guiding principle for the future.
Note: Weleda is NOT an MLM company and advisors are interviewed prior to joining - I DO NOT recruit people. There is a limit on the number of advisors in each area too, the idea being that we are all the local go-to person for Weleda advice. If being an advisor in your area is something you would like to learn more about, please ask me for details or look at the Weleda UK website.
You can introduce your friends and family to a more natural lifestyle by hosting a wellbeing event. You can host the event at a time and a date that suits you. As a sign of gratitude, you'll receive 15% of sales from the event in free Weleda products plus a thank you gift. You can also take advantage of other exclusive deals. If you would like to book a home event or would like Weleda to attend a stall event please get in touch with me.
