Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is deeply rooted in human culture and it's research-proven benefits are numerous. Many people seek massage treatment when they are experiencing symptoms such as back pain or tension in the neck and shoulders, but find that massage therapy has improved their wellbeing on many levels. Treatment is tailored to each individual, following a full consultation; I tend to use a combination of the different types of massage I practise in one treatment to maximise effectiveness.

Types of massage I practise:

  • Deep tissue massage
  • Remedial massage (advanced)
  • Indian head massage
  • Aromatherapy massage
  • Swedish massage
  • Natural facelift massage

Prices start from £20. Click here to see full treatment and price list.

  • Indian Head Massage

For over 5000 years Indian women have passed on the art of Indian Head Massage down the generations. The therapy originates from Ayurveda, and takes account of mind, body and spirit. The therapy as practised in the West is a mixture of traditional Indian and Western massage techniques. This treatment uses a combination of pressures and massage on the head, neck and shoulders that help you feel amazing. You are fully clothed throughout the treatment, which is carried out in a seated position. Oils which nourish the hair and scalp can be used.
